Order Processing and Delivery Schedule

Once you place an order on our website, our team begins processing it as soon as possible. For better planning, please refer to the following timeline:

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with the confirmation and details of your order.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number and link. You will also receive a notification when your order has been delivered.

We currently ship within Europe. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Spain.

• Orders over €59: Free shipping
• Orders under €59: Flat rate of €4.95
  

Lost Packages

If your order appears as delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:

• Please verify the shipping address provided.
• Check possible delivery locations near your home.
• Check with neighbors or people who may have received the package.
• Contact the carrier using your tracking number

If your package is officially declared lost, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will offer a reshipment or a refund , according to your preference.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Delivery Delays

Although we make every effort to meet estimated deadlines, delays may occur due to a high volume of shipments or unforeseen circumstances on the part of the carrier.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, we recommend contacting our customer service team.

Return Period and Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery , provided the following conditions are met:

• The products must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
  

• The item must not show any signs of use, damage, or wear.

• The refund must be requested within the established timeframe.

• Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us as soon as possible by providing:

After reviewing the case, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund , as appropriate.

Refund Process

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:
