Lost Packages

If your order appears as delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:

• Please verify the shipping address provided.
• Check possible delivery locations near your home.
• Check with neighbors or people who may have received the package.
• Contact the carrier using your tracking number

If your package is officially declared lost, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will offer a reshipment or a refund , according to your preference.

Delivery Delays

Although we make every effort to meet estimated deadlines, delays may occur due to a high volume of shipments or unforeseen circumstances on the part of the carrier.

Return Period and Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery , provided the following conditions are met:

• The products must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
  

• The item must not show any signs of use, damage, or wear.

• Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Damaged or Defective Products

Refund Process
