Lost Packages

If your order appears as delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:

• Please verify the shipping address provided.
• Check possible delivery locations near your home.

If your package is officially declared lost, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will offer a reshipment or a refund , according to your preference.

Delivery Delays
